Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Assistant District Manager to oversee the professional management of assigned Community Development Districts in South Hillsborough County to Lee County, Florida. You will serve as the primary liaison to Boards, residents, consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with Florida statutes.

The role emphasizes leadership, project management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in community association management or related field preferred.
• Experience presenting to Boards or public groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Community Development Districts.
• Attend and facilitate Board meetings, workshops, and hearings as required.
• Prepare meeting agendas and ensure timely distribution of materials.
• Record and document Board actions and meeting minutes.
• Maintain communication with Board Members and residents.
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor contracts.
