Inframark’s Community Management Services team in Bradenton is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations at community centers and pools. You’ll conduct site checks, supervise landscaping and irrigation tasks, ensure clean, safe shared spaces, and coordinate with vendors and residents.

The role includes administrative duties, record keeping, and ensuring timely communication with the District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Check the pool area and maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas.
• Oversee landscaping and irrigation tasks and report issues to vendors.
• Supervise contractors, manage equipment and supplies, and ensure timely repairs.
• Handle administrative duties, record keeping, and scheduling notifications.
• Respond to residents’ needs and coordinate with the District Manager.
