The American Red Cross in Hattiesburg, MS seeks a Community Disaster Program Manager to lead volunteer-led disaster-cycle services across the area. You’ll coordinate readiness, response, and recovery efforts with partners and community groups to build resilient communities.

You will empower volunteers, manage programs in a matrix environment, and ensure readiness by identifying gaps, resources, and local vendors. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration to serve diverse communities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience leading and developing volunteer programs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse communities and stakeholders.
• Ability to work outside regular hours, including nights and weekends.
