Job summary

Associa Principal Management Group of North Texas is seeking a Community Director to lead a team of Community Managers, coach staff, and oversee multiple communities with a strategic, growth-minded approach. You will build strong relationships with boards, clients, vendors, and stakeholders while continuing to manage a small HOA portfolio to stay connected with the communities you serve.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Community Managers and teams.
• Strong knowledge of HOA management, budgeting, and Texas HOA laws.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with boards, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Community Managers.
• Provide oversight for team and community operations.
• Help develop talent and strengthen team performance.
• Build strong relationships with boards, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning, business development, and financial operations.
• Continue managing a small HOA portfolio to stay connected with communities.
