Job summary

RealManage in Plano, TX is seeking a Community Association Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of HOAs, ensuring professional, timely service and alignment with guiding principles. You will work with Boards, residents, and vendors to deliver exceptional community management.

The role requires 2-3 years of HOA management experience, CMCA desired, and strong communication, leadership, and financial oversight capabilities. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years in HOA management / community management.
• CMCA or state-equivalent certification desired.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and calls within 24 hours while upholding RealManage principles.
• Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of associations and support Boards.
• Prepare and present monthly management and financial reports to Boards.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, cash flow, and vendor payments.
• Monitor collections and coordinate with legal actions when needed.
• Lead vendor relationships, bids, contracts, and project oversight.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and risk management.
