Jewish Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Digital Skills Instructor in Central Ohio to deliver small group, classroom, and individualized training in introductory to workplace digital skills. The role includes helping clients access affordable home internet and devices as part of the Family Stabilization team.

The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with a pay range of $24 to $28 per hour. Hours may extend beyond traditional business times to meet community needs.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience and patience with others.
• Comfort with smartphones, tablets, computers across platforms and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to explain basic tech concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience teaching groups or classrooms.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate digital skills classes and workshops.
• Develop digital skills training curriculum for JFS programs.
• Collaborate with team to offer Digital Skills & Access programming.
• Visit outreach sites for onsite service delivery.
• Track client progress in JFS database and report outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one digital literacy support in person, by phone, or online.
• Help clients access affordable home internet and devices.
