Job summary

Families Flourish is seeking a Social Service Manager to empower program participants by connecting them with resources and providing case management. The role leads group programming, educates participants, and builds partnerships with Central Ohio organizations to support stability and wellness.

The position is primarily remote, with required in-person meetings in central Ohio. Strong communication, licensure or equivalent experience, and knowledge of local services are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management and/or social work.
• Broad knowledge of Central Ohio community services and agencies.
• Respect for the population served by Families Flourish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program education and group programming for Families Flourish.
• Provide case management and connection to resources.
• Monitor documentation in the CRM and prepare regular progress reports.
• Attend in-person meetings and participate in outreach to recruit participants.
