Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience working with children with disabilities.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in human services or educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of disability services, behavior support, person-centered practices, and inclusive programming.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, coordination, and oversight of all children's services within Wood County.
• Monitor program performance, staffing levels, and caseload distribution to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Ensure program and staff compliance with Medicaid, licensing, county, school district, and organizational standards.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for the Children's Services program.
• Represent the Children's Services program in internal and external meetings.
