Job summary

The Resource Center is seeking a Community Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Community Based Services and supervise Coaching staff. This role ensures individualized programming for each individual supported and assists in developing and updating Staff Action plans.

The position requires strong leadership, staffing expertise, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours to ensure coverage and on-call support.

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and teambuilding skills, including hiring and staffing, directing others and developing direct reports.

• Strong time management, organizational, and problem solving abilities with prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Hire, evaluate, train, and supervise staff; manage time sheets and staffing coverage.
• Schedule daily tasks to ensure services and care for individuals; oversee staff shifts.
• Represent the department at meetings; monitor program policies and staff records; ensure budget compliance.
