Opportunity Partners is seeking an Assistant Day Service Manager to oversee person-centered services, lead a team of support coaches and coordinators, and develop day service programs within budget targets. Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: Provides and oversees the provision of person-centered services so processes and procedures are defined and evaluated; ensure quality improves continuously.
• Personnel Management: Supervises staff by defining roles, enhancing skills, and promoting teamwork; recruits, interviews and hires staff per job description.
• Program Development: Develop Day Services to meet changing needs of individuals seeking supports.
• Financial Management: Assists in creation of and monitors budget to achieve projections.
