You’ll work as part of a care-driven team, providing supervision, safety, and compassionate guidance to clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Education and background checks required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability per policy.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport to activities and ensure safety.
• Support clients and families with daily activities and crises.
• Document medications and support recovery per policy.
• Maintain clean, safe residences and engage clients in community.
• Collaborate with clinical team to monitor client progress.
