Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background checks required (ADP Selective Screening and others).
• Valid driver’s license with specific driving history limits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients safely to daily activities and ensure timely arrivals.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Follow Joint Commission policies and infection control procedures; assist with safety management.
