Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of the AMFM Healthcare family, is hiring Mental Health Technicians (Community Coordinators) to support adolescents aged 12–17 at residential treatment facilities in California. The role requires coordinating transport to activities, documenting care, and collaborating with clinical staff to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

The position offers competitive pay ($19–$23/hour) and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
• Background checks: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with insured status and driving record as specified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and transports clients safely to daily activities and ensures timely arrival.
• Utilizes intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies and organization procedures.
