Mission Prep Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) in Fallbrook, CA. This role supports adolescents in residential treatment, coordinates activities, and collaborates with clinical staff to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, compliance with health and safety standards, and compassionate engagement with families, clients, and staff, with a focus on holistic wellness and community healing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Background checks (ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State checks) required.
• Valid driver’s license with insured driving record and age requirements.
• Physical ability to walk/stand, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to activities, ensuring timely arrival and safety.
• Utilize intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and infection control procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff on medication management and documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe residences and assist in creating a supportive environment.
• Document client activities in the electronic health record and participate in care plans.
