Job summary

Axon seeks a PSO Program Manager, Community Connect, to lead operational health and scalable execution across the U.S. customer base and expanding international footprint.

You will establish discipline, monitor performance, dependencies, and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver consistent outcomes. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Finance to remove blockers, ensure deployment readiness, and drive customer success while protecting privacy and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 2+ years supporting customer-facing technical deployments.
• Experience coordinating remote hardware configuration, activation, troubleshooting, and field deployment coordination.
• Strong ability to translate technical findings into clear next steps.

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable workflows, operating rhythms, and reporting to support program delivery.
• Maintain visibility into program performance, status, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance to remove blockers and improve customer experience.
• Support work-order management, quality checks, and internal handoffs.
• Serve as a technical resource for deployment planning, hardware readiness, network connectivity, and integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, training materials, and knowledge resources.
