Axon is seeking a motivated Program Manager for our Professional Services Operations team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead critical operational programs to scale deployment readiness, improve visibility, and drive cross-functional execution with teams across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Engineering.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, reporting frameworks, and governance to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of program/PM/operations experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving projects.
• Strong alignment with Axon Values.
• Proficiency with Excel and data tools (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives to improve deployment readiness and scalability.
• Design, build, and maintain reporting frameworks for deployment health and performance.
• Review pipeline opportunities and ensure proper qualification and scoping.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Map processes and drive automation and standardization.
