Job summary

AXON Networks seeks a proven Operations Program Manager to orchestrate scheduled activities across customers, regions and technical teams. You will maintain a single global calendar, drive readiness, and coordinate with Support, NOC, SRE, DevOps and Engineering to ensure predictable execution and minimal customer-impacting surprises.

The role requires 7+ years in program management, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, information technology or related field.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience coordinating technical operations, cloud, network, SaaS or production services.
• Proven ownership of complex cross-functional schedules with external customers and multiple internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor updates for varied audiences.
• Experience with production changes, readiness, deployment, validation, rollback and closure.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated global schedule for planned operational activities across regions, customers and teams.
• Maintain a single authoritative calendar with activity windows, commitments, resources and dependencies.
• Drive activities from intake through readiness, execution, validation and customer handoff.
• Coordinate with Support, NOC, SRE, DevOps, Engineering and other owners without taking over technical decisions.
• Provide leadership with timely visibility into schedule health, risks and outcomes.
• Lead governance, reporting and continuous improvement of calendar processes.
