Job summary

IWG plc seeks a part-time Community Associate to support customers at the on-site center. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–12:30pm and 1:00pm–5:00pm, at 137 National Plaza, Suite 300, 20745 National Harbor, MD.

You will assist customers, manage inquiries, and help maintain the center’s services and networking activities. You’ll work closely with customers across industries, ensuring smooth operations, accurate billing, and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries about services.
• Handle daily requests: Wi-Fi codes, packages, directions, setup.
• Coordinate center operations and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Plan and invite attendees for networking events.
• Maintain center cleanliness and end-of-day wrap-up.
