Qualifications

• We’re seeking candidates with 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic IT equipment and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and requests at the center.
• Process services, checkouts, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Assist with event coordination and center communications.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized and tidy center environment.
• Support a smooth onboarding experience for new community members.
