Associa seeks a House Ambassador- Concierge in Highlands Ranch, CO to be the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming, clean and organized environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes admin support, handling requests, and coordinating amenity services.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office and work-from-home elements, along with benefits and opportunities for growth within the Associa community management team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service, hospitality, or front desk.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and amenity software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• CPR/AED certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents and guests in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Coordinate lobby upkeep and amenity services.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and log data.
• Enforce HOA policies and check-in procedures.
• Support management and other departments as needed.
