Job summary

Target is hiring for a Guest Service role in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, explain store services, and guide guests through loyalty programs and the Target App.

This position emphasizes friendly interaction, problem solving, and teamwork in a busy retail environment. You will help guests with Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and returns while maintaining great service and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with finding items or resolving issues
• Support orders and services like Order Pick Up, Drive Up and returns, while following policies
• Minimize guest wait time and maintain accuracy and service quality
• Stock supplies and maintain a clean, safe work area during shifts
• Communicate promos and benefits; explain Target App features and Loyalty programs
• Ensure safe handling of merchandise and comply with safety standards
• Be flexible with shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance at all times
