Job summary

Cohere Life, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Ambassador for Regency at Montaine in Castle Rock, Colorado. The role focuses on creating welcoming experiences for residents and guests, supporting events, and maintaining inviting amenities.

You will represent the community, assist with programs, and help ensure a high level of resident engagement and satisfaction within a vibrant active-adult environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for creating positive experiences and serving others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors.
• Answer questions, provide assistance, and respond to resident needs with professionalism and care.
• Conduct tours of community amenities and programs.
• Promote upcoming events, classes, clubs, and activities.
• Assist with community events, activities, and resident engagement programs.
• Help with event setup, execution, and cleanup.
• Encourage participation and help create positive experiences for residents.
• Monitor amenity spaces, grounds, and recreational areas to help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Assist residents utilizing community facilities and rental spaces.
• Perform light cleanup, reset furniture, and maintain the appearance of amenity areas.
• Submit and follow up on maintenance requests as needed.
• Update community calendars, bulletin boards, and displays.
• Assist with data entry, inventory management, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
• Support daily community operations as needed.
