IWG in Leawood, Kansas is hiring a Community Associate to support customers at our on-site center. You will handle daily tasks, greet clients, coordinate services, and ensure the space runs smoothly so our members can focus on their work.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with at least 1 year of customer service experience. You should be comfortable with MS Office and basic IT equipment, enjoy multitasking, and be able to adapt to fast-changing situations.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with inquiries and center services.
• Set up equipment and connect calls for meetings.
• Process inquiries, charge services, and manage invoices.
• Coordinate events and posters with Community Manager.
• Close day with tidying center and preparing next day.
