Job summary

IWG plc is hiring a Part-time Community Associate in Miami (on-site). You will support customers across activities in the center, including registration, inquiries, and day-to-day operations, while ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Ownership of problems and finding solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with onboarding and daily center queries.
• Set up AV equipment, assist with meetings and presentations.
• Handle mail, packages, and customer inquiries; update customers.
• Process services and ensure accurate invoicing and charges.
• Plan and support center networking events and communications.
