Job summary

IWG is seeking a Part-time Community Associate for our North Miami center at 11900 Biscayne Blvd. You will greet members, resolve inquiries, arrange services, coordinate deliveries, and help manage the center's daily operations to keep customers focused on their business.

You’ll assist with events, printing, invoicing, and center maintenance, open service tickets, and guide guests to rooms and amenities. This role emphasizes service, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced coworking

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Proactive, positive, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with center inquiries and needs.
• Coordinate services (Wi-Fi, packages, directions, projectors, coffee) and ensure proper charging for services.
• Assist with events, networking, and posting notices around the center.
• Process printing, invoicing, and service tickets in the system.
• Support center upkeep and maintain a welcoming environment.
