Job summary

The YMCA is seeking a Community Concierge to be the face of the Y, greeting members and guests and helping them feel welcome. You will handle phone and email inquiries, manage transactions, and partner with the Community Hub team to keep spaces clean and welcoming.

Strong communication and a can-do attitude are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
