Job summary

The YMCA is seeking a Community Concierge in Chicago to warmly welcome members and guests, handle phone and email inquiries, and manage transactions. You will support facility operations with the Community Hub leadership to maintain clean spaces and anticipate needs to deliver an exceptional experience.

• High school diploma or GED required.
