Job summary

Associa in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support a large-scale HOA community. You will handle documentation, data entry, generating reports, and collaborate with homeowners and internal teams to ensure community standards are met.

The role involves inspecting grounds, documenting findings, and following up on violations and maintenance requests. You will also communicate with the GM, homeowners, and board members as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of office, clerical, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
• Attention to detail with proactive communication and strong follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet homeowners, engage with homeowners and build rapport.
• Walk and inspect community grounds and subdivisions from a list of items to inspect.
• Investigate homeowner complaints, violations, maintenance concerns, and community safety, code and compliance.
• Notate and document findings, submit reports and follow-up to ensure correction or maintenance repair.
• Follow-up and communicate findings to the GM, homeowners, committee and board members.
