Qualifications

• 3+ years of related accounting experience.
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in acting as liaison with the Finance Committee.
• Attend all finance and budget related meetings.
• Coordinate investment requests and transfer requests from Board with corporate accounting.
• Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities.
• Prepare and review audits, tax returns and reserve studies; assist month-end closings.
