Job summary

IWG plc in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Community Associate to welcome customers, manage day-to-day center operations, and support members across diverse industries. You’ll handle requests, set up equipment, coordinate events, and help ensure accurate billing and a smooth guest experience.

You’ll arrive for openings, assist with inquiries, and collaborate with your City Manager to plan networking events while maintaining a tidy, welcoming space that showcases the value of IWG's community

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day requests and inquiries.
• Set up projectors, help guests find rooms and coffee.
• Ensure services are properly charged and invoices are accurate.
• Coordinate with the City Manager and organize center events.
• Close the center at day end and keep the space tidy.
