lululemon Athletica in Massachusetts is seeking a Community Specialist to execute local community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and studios, and create a world-class guest experience on the shop floor.

You will engage with the community, support events, and drive product seeding through partnerships, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive team environment and a strong store presence in the community.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing or community building.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios) to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador/partner opportunities and enhance the store’s community standing.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel experiences.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data and metrics to share insights with store leadership.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
