Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience in Human Services field with direct participant services.
• Valid State driver's license and five year record of safe driving if required.

Responsibilities

• Provides case management support for a Community Resource Center.
• Completes initial intake process with participants.
• Facilitates evidence-based CBT programs and other life skills programs.
