Job summary

Philadelphia Corporation of the Aging seeks a Project Coordinator for the PCA Community Cafe pilot program. This part-time internship supports recruitment, relationship building, and data management across participating restaurants and community partners.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and the use of technology to collect surveys and monitor outcomes; training is provided and a hybrid local work arrangement is anticipated in Tacony area.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of project policies and materials for PCA, restaurants, and participants.
• Create a targeted marketing plan to reach underserved older adults.
• Recruit and onboard restaurants, including contracting, menu development, and relationship building.
• Build relationships with community groups to support participant recruitment.
• Conduct community-based participant registration and onboarding with participant materials and technology.
• Provide technical assistance for restaurants and participants throughout project.
• Monitor project goals and outcomes.
• Conduct post-project surveys with restaurants and participants.
• Data management of information collected via registration, surveys, software systems, etc.
• Evaluate and analyze data for intended outcomes.
• Contribute to project report for PCA leadership.
