Job summary

Philadelphia Corporation of the Aging is seeking a Project Coordinator for the PCA Community Cafe, a pilot program to provide nutritious meals and social engagement to older Philadelphians. The role supports program development, recruitment and relationship building, and data management.

Qualifications

• Current graduate student or recent Master’s level graduate required.
• Strong project management skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities required.
• Ability to recruit restaurants and build relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of project policies and materials for PCA, restaurants, and participants.
• Create a targeted marketing plan to reach underserved older adults.
• Recruit and onboard restaurants, including contracting, menu development, and relationship building.
• Build relationships with community groups to support participant recruitment.
• Conduct community-based participant registration and onboarding with participant materials and technology.
• Provide technical assistance for restaurants and participants throughout project.
• Monitor project goals and outcomes.
• Data management of information collected via registration, surveys, software systems, etc.
• Evaluate and analyze data for intended outcomes.
• Contribute to project report for PCA leadership.
