Philadelphia Corporation of the Aging is seeking a Project Coordinator for the PCA Community Cafe pilot. This part-time internship supports policy materials, stakeholder recruitment, and data management to grow nutritious meals and social engagement for older Philadelphians.

The role emphasizes collaboration with local restaurants, community groups, and PCA leadership; requires current graduate studies or recent Master's degree and strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of project policies and materials for PCA, restaurants, and participants.
• Create a targeted marketing plan to reach underserved older adults.
• Recruit and onboard restaurants, including contracting, menu development, and relationship building.
• Build relationships with community groups to support participant recruitment.
• Conduct community-based participant registration and onboarding with participant materials and technology.
• Provide technical assistance for restaurants and participants throughout project.
• Monitor project goals and outcomes.
• Conduct post-project surveys with restaurants and participants.
• Data management of information collected via registration, surveys, software systems, etc.
• Evaluate and analyze data for intended outcomes.
• Contribute to project report for PCA leadership.
