The role supports a pilot project with community liaisons and a research team, coordinating meetings, reporting progress, and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries.

The position emphasizes collaboration with diverse stakeholders, on-site and remote coordination, and hands-on management of events and data collection in a meaningful public-interest

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, preferably in government, nonprofit, or research settings.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with research needs and program evaluation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate frequently with the research team to establish goals, progress, and timelines.
• Work with the research team on planning, progress reports, and data collection.
• Lead recruiting for team members including a web designer and three community liaisons.
• Plan, attend, and execute promotion and conclusion events.
• Respond to client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Elevate concerns to the research team when necessary.
