Job summary

Fiesta Schoolyards, an initiative of the Lindy Foundation, seeks a Part-Time Program Support Assistant to help move schoolyard and park transformation projects forward. This hands-on, mission-driven role is hybrid with one in-office day per week in the Jenkintown office.

Responsibilities include project coordination, general administrative support, data tracking, grant narratives, and assisting with program logistics for events such as ribbon cuttings and volunteer days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of support for non-profit, education, or public sector projects.
• Based in Philadelphia.
• Must have reliable transportation for local travel to school sites.
• Available to work on-site at the Jenkintown office one day per week (Thursdays).

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in managing project aspects from inception to completion.
• Provide general assistance with document preparation, file organization, and project data tracking. Also assist with grant narratives and research.
• Support program logistics and execution of events, such as ribbon cuttings, and volunteer days.
• Be available for various in-the-field needs on specific tasks.
• Provide support to assist leadership and programming needs as they arise.
