• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence.

• Strong mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rates and percent.

Mansioni

• Prepare, update and monitor parts of the annual budget.
• Report on monthly variances and advise policy adjustments to meet projections.
• Collect rents and take corrective/legal actions as directed; represent the company in court if needed.
• Develop and implement marketing programs and analyze competition data.
• Directly manage the property in the Community Manager's absence.
• Supervise on-site personnel and monitor maintenance programs.
• Perform other tasks such as competitive shopping as directed.
