Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience building budgets, driving NOI growth, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
• Tech-savvy with Onesite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, and Compliance Depot experience is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a flexible schedule environment—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—and balance desk work with touring the community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring residents feel valued, heard, and proud to call your property home. Compile and present monthly KPI and financial reports, with strategic plans to improve outcomes.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience by maintaining an inviting model and tour path, and by building a culture of engagement and development among the team.
