Continental is seeking a Community Manager to lead onsite operations and drive performance at a busy Denver property. You will manage budgets, sales, marketing, and a strong resident service focus to deliver an exceptional living experience.

You’ll hire, develop, and motivate a team while balancing desk work with tours and daily site activities. The role requires a proven track record in residential community management, financial reporting, and a hands-on approach to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Budgets, NOI growth, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
• Experience with Onesite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, and Compliance Depot is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable balancing desk work with touring the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing, customer service, and strong knowledge of submarket, and ensure the community hits performance goals.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience with a courteous, professional attitude and maintain tour-ready units and a clean, inviting model and tour path daily.
• Hire top talent, invest in their growth, and foster a culture of engagement and development to motivate and retain staff in a dynamic tech-enabled environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure residents feel valued, and compile monthly KPI and financial reports with a strategic plan to improve future outcomes.
