  • Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and interventions to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure documentation meets standards.
  • Design and deliver workshops/groups to meet identified needs.
  • Collaborate with an Outreach Worker, Peer Support Specialist, and Crisis Response.
