Job summary

Lutheran Family Services in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Clinical Supervisor for the ACT program. You will lead crisis staff and supervise clinical care, coordinating with community partners to ensure timely, compassionate responses.

You will supervise, mentor, and train teams, participate in crisis operations including nights and weekends, and maintain compliant records per COA, HIPAA, and CCBHC standards. Master’s in Human Services and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field
• Current Nebraska licensure as LIMHP or LICSW in good standing
• Two+ years of behavioral health experience
• Two+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in clinical training
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision per program guidelines and licensure requirements.
• Monitor caseloads, review workflow needs, and provide training, coaching, and consultation.
• Establish professional development/education plans with staff and ensure implementation.
• Partner with the Director of Crisis Services for referral development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of crisis programs.
• Provide direct clinical support to clients, including office and community-based intervention and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate written clinical records per COA, HIPAA, and CCBHC standards.
