Job summary

Lutheran Family Services in Nebraska's Omaha area is seeking an Outreach Therapist, I-IV, on a hybrid schedule supporting ACT teams. You’ll provide mental health and substance use assessments, therapy, and case management in various community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human service program and licensure track for Nebraska.
• Proven ability to work with individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health and/or substance use assessments and counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
• On-site at housing communities; collaborate with Outreach Worker, Peer Support Specialist, and Crisis Response.
• Develop and implement educational/therapeutic workshops and groups.
• Maintain accurate clinical records per COA, HIPAA, and program standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies and participate in CQI activities.
