In collaboration with branch management, you will uncover customer needs, refer cross-sell opportunities, and manage customer contacts in the bank’s system while supporting branch goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years’ experience in retail or banking required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and grow Salem Five’s market share in the communities it serves.
• Cross-sell products and services such as business loans, merchant services, insurance, and investments.
• Record each customer contact in the Bank’s system of record and manage onboarding and follow-up.
