Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required, plus related experience or training.
• Some supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Candidate should demonstrate ongoing development as a coach and leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-centric environment and build strong relationships.
• Inspire and motivate team members; recognize and reward performance.
• Coach team through formal and informal sessions with regular assessments.
• Identify sales opportunities, deepen relationships, and grow market share.
• Refer cross-sell opportunities with internal partners for loans, insurance, and investments.

• Oversee branch operations including overdraft, vault, ATM, account openings and compliance.
