Job summary

Salem Five is a growing regional financial services organization with a long history and a network of retail branches throughout the region. The Universal Banker role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and providing solutions across banking products.

You will collaborate with branch teams, perform both sales and teller duties, and maintain high standards of customer service while embracing Salem Five’s digital tools and guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Federally registered through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• Records to be in good standing for NMLS registration.
• Customer-focused with ability to build relationships and provide financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and grow Salem Five’s market share.
• Collaborate with branch management to refer needs to cross-sell products and services.
• Engage in sales activities: uncover needs, close, onboard, follow-up, and log contacts.
• Participate in team meetings and support branch sales goals and divisional campaigns.
