Salem Five is a growing regional bank seeking a Universal Banker to grow its branch market share and deepen customer relationships. You will engage in sales, provide tailored financial solutions, and perform both sales and teller duties with a focus on superior service.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in retail or banking, with NMLS registration and ongoing coaching for junior staff as part of branch leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in a retail or banking environment.
• Federally registered through the NMLS and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and grow market share in the communities served.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and uncover financial needs.
• Maintain universal branch banking skills including sales and teller duties.
• Learn Salem Five policies and procedures and use digital banking tools.
