Qualifications

• 6 months cash handling and customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, organized team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.

• Assist customers with basic account maintenance and digital banking tools.
• Perform teller functions including deposits, cashing checks, and balancing cash drawer.
