Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and identify bank products to fulfill needs.
• Process routine transactions including deposits, cash handling, and cashier's checks.
• Transition customers and prospects to bankers for sales and service goals.
• Assist customers with account changes and inquiries and maintain product knowledge.
• Comply with bank policies and applicable laws.
