Job summary

Minnwest Bank in Rochester, MN is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role supports a variety of banking functions including transactional services, account openings, consumer lending support, and digital banking education.

Level placement is based on experience and banking expertise. The position requires travel to local branches with mileage reimbursement and an extra $1.00/hour pay differential

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year cash handling and customer service and successful completion of consumer account opening training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn banking systems and procedures.
Teamwork and in-person interaction with staff and customers.

Responsibilities
